我注意了很久,为什么你的柠檬要这样放?(贴着玻璃瓶)。我做的都没有这样放,是不是有原因的?
你是用有机寡糖?还是寡糖?寡糖到底是什么样子的?我也想试试看用寡糖,不果,成本应该很贵吧?

哈哈,这只是贴着好看而已,没什么原因。而寡糖呢只是比普通糖贵一点点,我们用的不是有机寡糖(其实有机的比较好,但价钱也相对来说比较贵了一点),寡糖的样子可以到我之前的龙珠果酵素的帖子里看到。

do you try to do lemon+ginger enzyme??
How to drink enzyme?? drink direct or mixed with water?
one teaspoon or any capacity??

Hi Rais,
The taste of Lemon ginger might be spicy, therefore i would suggest to dillute with water. The ratio is 1/10 for beginner, you may increase to 1/8 later on if you find the taste is too thin.

if for others enzyme-guava,apple, shall we oso add in water or can drink direct?? if drink direct how much shld take for daily?? before meal or after?? Now i’m stored my apple enzyme in refrigerator, is there any expiry date for enzyme??
Now i’m started to do Guava enzyme. But for apple enzyme that i done ,taste feel not so good -is sour. i used red apple,green apple & lemon + organic 糖蜜。i used abt 3 weeks time, is it correct??
Rubbish enzyme also just started, but the smell very strong¬ so good.
when i open the cover,saw some 飞虫。 is it like that?? heard people said this enzyme will need abt 6 mths.

For better result, you may consume by daily basis, you should keep them in fridge and normally I stored for a month.
I did used organic raw honey for my enzyme once, if I’m not wrong, the taste should be a little bit sour & I guess green apple is even more sour than other ingredients,I took 2 weeks the most(7-14 days) for fermentation.
Rubbish enzyme – 飞虫 will disappear after some time, normally it takes longer time, you can observe the process and decide whether it can be used or not.

我也学着做我的第一罐酵素, 我的瓶子小, 只用了西梅和苹果,柠檬, 我这里没有什么寡糖, 我用的是片糖, 也是按着来做的, 到现在快一个星期了, 也是在冒泡, 没有白色或者黑色绿色的霉, 但是一股很重的霉味, 我不知道这个是不是正常的味道, 昨天我怕它发霉, 就又加了半块片糖, 不知道是不是加了糖, 冒泡好像不是很多了, 我拍了几张照片, 麻烦你用email回复我好吗 , 我发给你看看
