Lets go YOGA!

昨天是我上的第五堂Yoga课了,会去学Yoga有两个原因,第一是因为这Yoga课程是免费的,而第二个原因是平时很少运动,就当作定期运动吧。我们公司的目的是为了培养员工们的运动习惯,一来能提高工作效率、二是减少员工拿病假。看来我们公司真是用心良苦啊!

犹记得首几堂课时,一直听到身边周围发出“咿呀”等呻吟声(也包括我在内),平时甚少运动的我们个个吃力的做着老师教的每个动作。每回做一些平衡动作时,就可以见到一种“景观”,不知道要以“排山倒海”来形容呢,还是“兵败如山倒”比较贴切一点。总之Yoga并不是我们想象中的简单哩!

Yoga 对上班族来说真是一个很好得运动,它不止能放松紧绷了一天的身心,还能充分的伸展身体每一个部位从而减少肌肉损伤。尤其是有背痛的人,这是因为加强了腹肌、背肌等肌肉的支撑能力后,脊椎就不容易受伤。
